Cumin

Introduction: People take cumin for  digestion problems  including  diarrhea ,  colic ,  bowel spasms , and  gas . Cumin is also used to increase urine flow to relieve  bloating  (as a diuretic); to start menstruation; and to increase sexual desire (as an aphrodisiac).
